For the past 16 years, Jeanie Miley has been involved in leading retreats, workshops, and Bible studies, with an emphasis on contemplative prayer and spiritual formation. She is a graduate of the Spiritual Direction Institute of the Cenacle Retreat Center in Washington D.C., and has written two other books on contemplative prayer, The Spiritual Art of Creative Silence and Shared Splendor.
